Soliciting interest to invest in Coillte’s portfolio of recently commissioned operating wind farms

Coillte CGA is inviting potential investors to bring forward proposals for: A.the acquisition of the majority of the equity of Coillte’s share of 4 operating wind farms, in total reflecting 104 MW on a net equity basis (240 MW gross) of operating capacity; and B.the potential future acquisition of 2 projects currently in final planning review, representing 67.5 MW on a net equity ownership basis (90 MW gross), upon achieving either financial close or commercial operations. Coillte reserves the right to omit B above from the opportunity at its discretion. To facilitate the investor’s future oversight of the projects, Coillte is willing to provide certain asset management services to the investor on a cost-efficient basis, if required.
