PAS104F - Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Procurement Consultancy Services PAS104F
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the Contracting Authority) is issuing this request for tenders as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients. The Office of Government Procurement is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
The Contracting Authority invites tenders from economic operators for appointment to a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of the services described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
In summary, the Services comprise:
Procurement Consultancy Services (PAS104F) with a contract value of each mini competition estimated to be in excess of €25,000 in value (excluding VAT).
Consulting Services are considered to be those services provided by independent persons (be they individuals or business organisations) who individually or collectively use their skills, experience, expert knowledge and professionalism to add value to government departments and agencies, and who typically operate within a framework of relevant professional standards and disciplines.
The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots, each lot will result in a separate framework agreement.
