2018 - ICT - Projectors - Supply and Installation
Dear Tenderer
At this time Cork Education and Training Board is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery
and installation of Ultrashort Throw , Long Throw Projectors and additional optional services at its schools/colleges/centres throughout Cork City and County.
Please see Appendix 1 - Projector Specifications which is uploaded separately.
We will not be committing to any minimum overall or individual order quantities. Orders will vary from a single projector to the region of 60 projectors per centre.
Proposed models should be available for the duration of the project. In the event of any constraints in supply, an agreed model of the same or better specification will be acceptable once agreed with Cork ETB for the same price.
Installation work must be carried out in accordance with local requirements and in adherence to health and safety guidelines.
All workmanship must be carried out to a high standard and to the satisfaction of CETB personnel
Tenders must be delivered by hand or by post to the address below. The Tenderer must deliver two (2) copies of their Tender. Tenders must be contained in a sealed package marked with the RFT Title and the word “Confidential”. Tenderers must clearly set out a return address on the package. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email or fax) will NOT be accepted.

Tenders must be received not later than 12 Noon on 5th April 2018 . Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this competition.
