MMP056C - Request for Tender for the Supply of Polling Cards and Statements of Information for Voters for the 2018 Referendum
The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government (the Contracting Authority) invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
In summary, the Goods comprise: the supply, printing, personalisation and delivery of 'Polling Information Cards' and integrated 'Statement for the Information of Voters' to approximately 3.9 million addresses.
The Polling Information Card informs registered electors of the date, time and place at which they are entitled to vote. For each referendum, the Polling Information Card may also contain a Statement for the Information of Voters in relation to the proposal that is the subject of the referendum. The lealet or booklet will only be required if there is insufficient space to contain the wording for the Statement for the Information of Voters on the standard (Large) Polling Card. There will be a separate contract for the Large Polling Card.
