1997 - Prequalification of Reserved Movable Floor Specialists for Lucan Swimming Pool, Esker Manor, Lucan, Co Dublin

Lucan Swimming Pool will be a new single storey building comprising 3,219 square metres of accommodation. The Building will contain: one Multi Use pool with movable floor and one larger pool, Plant rooms, Gym accommodation, changing areas, Public Cafeteria and Staff accommodation. The building is designed to have low energy use to comply with the draft Part L for non-domestic buildings and nZEB EU Directive. It will incorporate renewable energy sources. It includes all access, ancillary & welfare facilities, mechanical & electrical installations and all necessary carparking, public realm and site works. In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must submit the form QW4 SAQ, supplements QW4 3.4.1 and QW4 3.4.2 with all supporting documents and appendices. It is a requirement that the tendering contractor must have: Successfully completed FOUR projects (maximum) of similar nature and complexity operating in the capacity as subcontractor to the main contractor. To be evaluated, exemplar projects must have been completed in the last 7 years and state the year in which the project was completed. The Contractor must demonstrate experience of delivering projects under Public Works Contracts.
