1.0 Specification of Requirements
Roscommon Disability Support Group (RSG) and MS Roscommon Branch (MS R B) would like to invite tenders from competent suppliers for ()the supply of a NEW 16 seater wheelchair accessible minibus for use at RSG. The winning supplier will also be required to provide minibus signage detailing specific logos that will be provided. A detailed specification is provided at Appendix 2.
RSG operates from Derrane, Co Roscommon and offers a range of Day Care Services for people with physical and sensory requirements.
The bus will be required for use on organised day trips and provision of transport of members to and from the centre.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not anticipate this vehicle cost to exceed €50,000 inclusive of VAT and all other charges incl. signage
2.0 Further Information and handling of queries

Responses to all queries received regarding this tender will be posted on Messaging Facility on extenders, making any additional information available to all interested parties. Therefore, interested providers should register on the e-Tenders website ( (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/) ).
3.0 Instructions to Tenderers
Please note your proposal needs to include the below information. Failure to address each item may result in exclusion from the competitive process and any response that is not in the requested format may be rejected. You must clearly provide;
4.0 Award Criteria
The evaluation criteria used will be the most economically advantageous proposals by reference to suitability and cost. Marks will be awarded under the following criteria for each lot [scored from 100 marks weighted as indicated below]. Tenders will be required to score a minimum of 70% to stay in the competition:

5.0 Timetable
Any queries must be submitted via e tenders messaging facility only to be received NO LATER than Friday 9th March 2018 @ 3pm. Unless otherwise advised queries after this date will not be responded to.
A digital copy of the tender must be submitted to the e-tenders post box not later than ANY LATER than Thursday 8th March 2018 @ 3pm.
