The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine (the "Contracting Authority") invites tenders to this Request for Tenders (RFT) from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
In summary, the services comprise: The registration of newly-born bovine animals, the printing and issue of bovine passports for these animals, and the recording of bovine movements and on-farm bovine deaths - Please see Appendix 1 Requirements and Specification for further details.
