HRIFEB18/1FD - The Supply, Construction, Maintenance & Removal of Marquees to Horse Racing Ireland & Subsidiaries

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a single-party framework agreement for the supply, construction, maintenance and removal of marquees to Leopardstown & Fairyhouse Racecourse. The successful framework member will assume responsibility for delivering and constructing the marquees to Leopardstown & Fairyhouse Racecourses in advance of each meeting, dismantle and collect the marquees after the conclusion of each racing meeting. Full details regarding the Contracting Authority’s requirements is outlined in the tender document. Please note that under Article 27 of the Directive 2014/24/EU, the contracting authority is employing an accelerated open procedure for this requirement. We are employing a reduced timeline of 15 days for receipt of tenders. This is due to the urgent requirement of Fairyhouse Racecourse Easter Festival requiring marquees for the 1st of April 2018.
