TALBD445 - AMNCH Request for Information Radiology Equipment

This is not a Tender or Invitation to Tender, but rather a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI seeks to test the marketplace to ascertain if there are providers who can meet the stated requirements. The procurement process and testing of the marketplace by means of an RFI process is being undertaken and led by The Adelaide and Meath Hospital, Dublin incorporating the National Children’s Hospital (AMNCH). The Hospital is a Contracting Authority for all aspects of the Procurement process and marketplace analysis. Based on current and projected information this request for information (RFI) is an opportunity for potential suppliers to outline proposed solutions to meet current and future needs at the hospital for the next 10 years and 20 years. Consequently you are invited to provide information in the format as stipulated per the AMNCH RFI documentation in the hope that this knowledge can help shape and form the Hospital's Diagnostic Imaging strategy in the near and long term future. The purpose of this RFI is to describe and specify the requirements for the provision of two options: (a) Any proposed Acquisition of Radiology capital equipment and associated life cycle elements for ten (10) year and twenty (20) year periods. (b) Any proposed Annual Fee Basis process covering periods of ten (10) years and twenty (20) years. The RFI also describes how Tenderers should set out their proposals in response to each of the above Procurement Strategy requirements outlined at (a) and (b) above and as per the AMNCH stipulated requirements per suite RFI documentation.
