The Minister for Justice and Equality is the Contracting Authority for this public procurement competition. The services are to be provided to the Irish Prison Service which operates as an executive agency within the Department of Justice and Equality.
This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the restricted procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (as amended) (the “Regulations”). The competition is being conducted by the Contracting Authority with the support and assistance of the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”). Please note that the OGP, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, will be the contact office for all communications in relation to this public procurement competition.
