An Post have a requirement for provision of expert advice in a number of areas relating to the implementation of their current strategy and the development of a long term strategy. An Post is seeking advice from external partners in a number of areas. An Post will set up 15 multi-party framework agreements to cover requirements which are set out below. Lot 1. The design of an economic model for the Retail Lot 2. Performance and core competency review in Retail Lot 3. Business advice /consultancy for key activities such as Licences / Government services Lot 4. Non Pay Review Lot 5. Funding Support Lot 6. Pensions Review Lot 7. IT Review Lot 8.Financial Services Lot 9. Long Term Strategy Lot 10. Dense Network Optimisation Lot 11. Remuneration & Pay Lot 12. Economic Advice Lot 13. Leveraging Data Assets Lot 14. E-Commerce Landscape Lot 15. Social Media Infrastructure & Capability Further information on each Lot is contained in the attached document. Suppliers who are interested in being considered for any, or all, of the framework agreements must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire attached.
