Single Party Framework Agreements for Design Team Services (Lot 1) and Project Management Services (Lot 2)

The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) is seeking to establish 2 Single Party Framework Agreements: • Lot 1 - Single Party Framework agreement for (Architect Led) Integrated Design Team Services • Lot 2 - Single Party Framework agreement for Project Management Services. Lot 1 relating to a Single Party Framework agreement for (Architect Led) Integrated Design Team Servicest will be established on foot of an initial contract for the completion of a Masterplan for the future development of the DHDA site and will comprise the following principle disciplines: (a) Architect Services (incl. design team leads) (b) Civil & Structural Engineering Services, (c) Quantity Surveying Services/Cost Consultancy Services, (d) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services. Lot 2 relating to a Single Party Framework agreement for Project Management Services will be established on foot of an initial contract for the Project Mnagement of the completion of a Masterplan for the future development of the DHDA site.
