The provision of Plain English Writing, Editing and Training Services

The provision of Plain English Writing, Editing and Training Services to the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection. This tender encompasses two elements: 1)Plain English Writing Services - reviewing letters, forms, web and other such written customer communications as required by sections of the Department on an ad hoc and project basis and 2)Training staff in writing in plain English/principles of plain English to improve the overall standard and readability of customer communications by the Department.
