Development of new sports campus for IT Carlow at Mortarstown, Kilkenny Road, Carlow. The works will be delivered over two separate phases. This pre qualification competition is for Stage 1 only and the works in Phase 1 consists of the following: - 1 x grass GAA Pitch - 1 x all weather GAA pitch - 2 x grass rugby pitches - 2 x grass soccer pitches - Car Park, access roads, footpaths, new entrance and walking track - Associated site works, services and landscaping
