EMS020F - Request for Tenders to Establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for The Provision of Services Related to The Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is issuing this Request for Tender as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients . The Office of Government Procurement is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
The Contracting Authority invites tenders from economic operators for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of the services related to the Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
Tenderers should be aware that the Services sought herein are within Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC and therefore this public procurement competition is not subject to the full set of rules of the Directive.
