D20/CON/700 -  Purchase of Smart Electricity Meters, Head End System, Meter Data Management System, Security Architecture and the implementation and integration of systems and meters   

Please click the ACCEPT button upon first entering the RFT (top left hand corner of the screen). This will give you access to the PQQ documents.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not click the SUBMIT RESPONSE button at this early stage. This button must only be clicked later when you have completed and uploaded your final PQQ submission.

The completed PQQ document and any accompanying documentation must be submitted via this e-Tendering website. No hard copy submissions will be accepted.

Click VIEW RFT and then click VIEW DOCUMENTS. This allows you to view the PQQ documents. You may also download individual documents or you may download all the documents by clicking on the button DOWNLOAD ALL (ZIP).

If you decide at any time not to participate in this PQQ process, please return to the Instructions/Response Screen and click on the CANCEL EXPRESSION OF INTEREST button.

If you decide to participate in this PQQ process, please carefully read and follow the instructions contained in the PQQ documents. When you eventually have your completed PQQ documents ready, upload them by clicking the ATTACH DOCUMENTS button and click the DONE button when finished. 

You may upload individual documents over time, following the previous instruction. However, when the full submission is uploaded and ready, you must click the SUBMIT RESPONSE button to actually submit the full set of documents.

Applicants may amend their submission as often as necessary up until the Closing Date. However, it is necessary to click the SUBMIT RESPONSE button each time to ensure the amended version is actually submitted.

Note: Applicants are requested to submit discrete documents separately. The entire submission  must not be scanned and uploaded as one large document.

It is very important that you commence the completion and uploading of your PQQ return in good time. Do not leave the uploading of your submission until the final day as the submission process will automatically close at the exact time specified.
