THR017F - RFT for the provision of the Delivery of the SKILL Programme (Securing Knowledge Intra Lifelong Learning): Education, Training and Development for Support Staff in the Irish Health Service.
The Health Service Executive invites tenders from economic operators for the award of a single supplier framework contract for the provision of the services described in Appendix 1 of this RFT.
In summary, the Services comprise: The delivery of the SKILL Programme (Securing Knowledge intra Lifelong Learning), Education, Training and Development for Support Staff in the Irish Health Service.
This public procurement competition is being conducted by the Office of Government Procurement on behalf of the HSE and will be divided into three Lots as described below.
The RFT is going to have three (3) Lots Summarised as follows;
Lot 1 - A programme in General Learning leading to Award at Level 3 recognised within the National Framework of Qualifications, QQI Award 3M0874, or equivalent.
AND
A programme in General Learning leading to Award at Level 4 recognised within the National Framework of Qualifications, QQI Award 4M2010, or equivalent.
Lot 2 - A programme in General Learning leading to Award at Level 5 recognised within the National Framework of Qualifications, QQI Award 5M3782, or equivalent.
Lot 3 - A programme in General Learning leading to Award at Level 6 recognised within the National Framework of Qualifications, QQI Award 6M4978, or equivalent.
