The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (“OGCIO”) with the support and assistance of the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”) is issuing this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) to establish a single-supplier framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) for use by Framework Clients for the provision of nation-wide, narrowband, secure, managed digital radio services for voice and data purposes and for the supply of associated devices, as described in Appendix 1 to this PQQ (“the Services”).
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is the contracting authority (the “Contracting Authority”).
