The Department of Education and Skills invites applications from Mechanical Installation contractors to be considered as Reserved Specialists.

 

The maximum number of shortlisted participants, who will be invited to submit a tender, is seven (7).

 

Short Description of the Contract 

Proposed New School for St. Patrick's Special School, at Upper Drumgold, Enniscorthy for the Department of Education and Skills

 

Total quantity or Scope

The development will consist of construction of a mainly single storey and part three-storey school building of 5,940m2, containing 20 Classrooms, Junior and Senior Dining Areas, General Purposes Hall, Specialist Teaching Rooms all at Upper Drumgold, Enniscorthy, County Wexford.

This RFT concerns the appointment of reserved specialists for the Mechanical Elements ONLY

To apply the Applicant must

 

(1)          Complete and sign the Suitability Assessment and Declaration DoES-QW4  - Reserved Procedure (Reserved specialists for use with Public Works Contract - CF1)

 

(2)          Send in signed Suitability Assessment and Declaration DoES-QW4  - Reserved Procedure (Reserved specialists for use with Public Works Contract - CF1) together with information for criteria 3.4a, 3.4b and 3.4c, and any additional information required under criteria 3.4(1).

Applications must be received by eTenders portal only, with the onus resting with the applicants to ensure receipt of the submission before the latest time and date for receipt of tenders

 

Applications sent to any other address will be deemed to be invalid. tenders. Unsigned Suitability Assessment and Declaration DoES-QW4  - Reserved Procedure (Reserved specialists for use with Public Works Contract - CF1) will likewise be deemed to be invalid tenders.  The signatures must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm.
