2605 - Washer Disinfector for Robotic Surgical System

Dear Tenderers,

The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, requires a managed equipment service contract of five years' duration for the provision of a Washer Disinfector for Robotic Surgical System, including its installation, commissioning and maintenance and the provision of associated equipment and user training.  Relevant information, including Invitation to Tender and editable Specification of Requirements, Pricing Schedule, Form of Tender and ESPD are available for download on www.etenders.gov.ie

Deadline for receipt of submissions is Tuesday 17th October 2017 at 12:00 noon and deadline for clarifications is 17:00 6th October 2017.  Please also take note of site visit deadlines as detailed in ITT, Section 1.7

On the grounds of urgency, and in accordance with Article 27.3 of Directive 2017/24/EU, the Contracting Authority is availing of shortened timescales in respect of this competition.  The urgency associated with this requirement arises from the fact that the required equipment will be used in an acute hospital setting.  On grounds of patient care, time is of the essence in respect of this competition.
