CALL FOR REQUESTS TO PARTICIPATE FOR THE PROVISION OF Advertising & Marketing Communications Services

 

Dear Bidder

Thank you for your interest.  You should read all of the documentation attached for downloading carefully.

 

Tourism Ireland seeks a suitably qualified marketing communications agency or agencies to provide Advertising and Marketing Communications Services to its global network of offices.

 

The contract is divided into 2 Lots:-

 

                Lot 1 – Strategic and Creative Services

                Lot 2 – Media Planning & Buying Services

Bidders may apply under either or both Lots.

Tourism Ireland intends to employ a competitive procedure with negotiation in order to appoint the successful tenderer(s).  In the first instance, interested parties are required to complete and submit the attached Qualification Questionnaire to commence the first stage of the process.

 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS

Please note that the deadline for receipt of Requests to Participate, in the form of completed Qualification Questionnaires, is 12:00 hours [GMT] on THURSDAY 16th NOVEMBER 2017.

 

Requests to Participate must be submitted in soft copy [a scanned copy of the signed, fully completed Questionnaire] by email to:-

Please Note that the maximum limit for incoming emails is 10MB

Please also note that proof of receipt by the deadline will be determined by the time detailed on the receipt email as received by Tourism Ireland only and not by the time sent by the applicant.

               

Late submissions will not be accepted.
