HEAnet:RFI_Fibre_2017 - Request for Information: Leased Telecoms Dark Fibre Market

Respondents to this RFI should note that this is not a tender competition and will not result in contractual negotiations. The purpose of this Request for Information is to invite parties to detail the extent of their fibre network and to inform HEAnet as to the possible dark fibre services and commercial models they may provide. HEAnet may or may not follow up with respondents to this RFI to seek additional information or to discuss details submitted by possible respondents to this RFI.
