17/167 - A Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of I.T. Managed Services to Ervia

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of I.T. infrastructure managed services including “ad-hoc” infrastructure projects across Ervia as outlined in Appendix B The services will be provided to Ervia its subsidiaries and business units including : Gas Networks Ireland, Irish Water and its three Central Business Units, Group Centre, Shared Services, and Major Projects. It is the intention to appoint service providers to support the delivery of these requirements in the 3 lots referenced below, each of which will constitute a separate lot; 1. Data Centre, Server, and Storage Services. 2. Local and Wide Area Network Services. 3. Database Management Services. The framework agreement will be established for a term of five (5) years with the option to extend for a further period of up to two (2) year at the sole discretion of Ervia. Suppliers may be awarded contracts for one or more lots or a single contract may be awarded for all lots.
