ISW015C - Request for Tenders for The Provision and Implementation of a Learning Management System for the Irish Civil Service.
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform invites tenders to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for
· the provision of an on-premise learning management system for approximately 37,000 users . The System will be hosted internally by the Contracting Authority in Government Datacentres and will comprise all application software necessary to support the functionality required as set out in Appendix 1. Tenderers should note that the application software must be provided under perpetual licences,
And
· the provision of services for the System including but not limited to implementation of the System and support and maintenance services for the System. The System and Services are described in Appendix 1 of this RFT and more particularly defined in the Terms and Conditions at Appendix 6 to this RFT and are together referred to as the “Solution”.
The Solution is required to deliver and/or support a set of core features, which are set out in Section 1.2 of Appendix 1.
