2017 EOI for Turnkey Units - EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – SOCIAL HOUSING - TURNKEY DEVELOPMENTS”

Galway County Council are seeking to purchase housing units for social housing through turnkey developments in Galway County. We are therefore seeking expressions of interest from private developers, building contractors who are in a position to deliver such units in a reasonable timescale. Expressions of interest are invited for the supply of completed houses or apartments that are fit for purpose for all towns and villages in County Galway where a housing need exists. This will be by way of acquisition only. Completed housing units must be compliant with Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government Guidelines and with requirements outlined in the County Development Plan.
