Property Advisory - Real Estate Property Advisory Services

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

The Authority wishes to engage Real Estate Property Advisory Consultants at the Grangegorman Campus, in Dublin 7 and  establish a single-party framework agreement of 4 years duration.

The appointment will relate to research, investigative, supervisory, advisory services and management of the DIT Land and Property Folio. The services will consist of but will not be limited to the following:

·      General services and valuation advices as may typically be provided by real estate investors/auctioneers for lands and property,

·      Valuation, acquisition and disposal services lands, properties and items other than art and collectables, 

·      Manage the Auctioneering Services for the Letting, Selling of Land and property including the management of third party Estate Agents

Please note the following: 

    • It is the contracting authority’s intention to procure third party Estate Agent for the sale of the DIT properties/campuses.

       

    • The Estate Agents will either be procured from the OGP framework  for estate agents or procured directly by the GDA depending upon which route offers the best candidates for handling the DIT’s comprehensive folio.

    • To avoid a conflict of interest the selected Real Estate Property Advisors will not be appointed to the multi-party framework for the Estate Agent Services.
