Dear Suppliers,

 

 

The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of the Contracting Authorities (All Local Authorities in Ireland, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and Coillte (the ‘Contracting Authority’) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the services as described below;

 

 

  • Request for Tenders to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Services for the Control of Stray, Abandoned and Unidentified Horses

 

The Framework Agreement is divided into twenty eight (28) regional Lots (each a “Framework Lot”).  Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a “Framework Agreement”).   

 

 

The Framework is for the supply of the above service for up to a period of 4 years.  Suppliers must respond to this tender competition in order to be considered for inclusion in this Multi Supplier Framework Agreement which covers this service for all Local Authorities in Ireland. 

 

The tender comprises of the following four (4) documents;

 

 

  • RFT – this is a PDF document and does not require completing

  • Section 1 Tender Response Document - must be fully completed

  • Section 2 Tender Response Document - must be fully completed

  • Pricing Schedule - must be fully completed

 

 

The RFT document sets out key information and requirements and should be read fully as an aid to completing the above 3 documents.

   

If applying for one or more than one Lot, only one of each document requires completing. 

 

 

The key dates for this tender competition are; 

 

Closing Date for receipt of queries    - 2.00pm on Friday 18th August 2017

 

Closing Date for receipt of tenders    - 2.00pm on Tuesday 29th August 2017

 

 

The tender instructions in the RFT clearly outline all queries and tender submissions should be communicated via this tender competition on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/) through the messaging facility.
