National University of Ireland, Galway are seeking a Telephony Infrastructure Upgrade to modernise the existing infrastructure to make it fully IP based and capable of supporting unified communications with external SIP connectivity while significantly reducing the fixed costs associated with running the fixed line telephony service. This procurement is for 6 individual lots. Each lot will effectively be treated as a separate tender. The lots are: Lot 1: Provision and installation of an IP telephony system Lot 2: Provision of a managed service for the new IPT solution Lot 3: IVR System Lot 4: Call billing and analytics system Lot 5: Telephony usage Lot 6: Contact centre
