RC/04/2017 - The Supply and Delivery (to the Curragh Camp) of Automotive Electrical Spare Parts

For this procurement the Director of Transport proposes to offer a fixed price, two (2) year drawdown contract from the date of issue of the letter of award, with the option to extend for a further Two (2) year period, with a possibility of One (1) such extension, subject to review and agreement on prices for years three (3) & four (4). Either party may cancel the contract by giving fourteen (14) days’ notice in writing of intention to terminate the contract. The requirement is for the Supply and Delivery of Automotive Electrical Spare Parts to the Defence Forces. Delivery will be to the Officer in charge of Tpt Tech Stores Vehicle Base Workshops, DFTC, Curragh Camp, Co. Kildare. Purchase Orders will be raised to meet actual Demands. All automotive electrical spare parts and accessories supplied under this contract must be NEW and unused and must be of good quality and meet or surpass all Irish and EU Standards and Regulations pertaining to such supplies (tenderers may be requested to provide evidence of EU Standards). When non original parts are offered a Certificate of Conformity must be supplied for the brand offered.
