2589 - Replacement of Theatre Lighting

Dear Tenderers,

The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, requires a phased theatre light replacement service contract of four years duration.  Relevant information, including Invitation to Tender and editable Pricing Schedule, Specification of Requirement, Form of Tender and ESPD, are available to download on www.etenders.gov.ie

 

Deadline for receipt of submissions is 17th July 2017 at 12:00 noon and deadline for clarifications if 17:00 p.m. 30th June 2017. 

 

The Contracting Authority can arrange a site visit and further information is available in Section 1.7 of the Invitation to Tender document.  Deadline for request to be included in the site visit is Thursday, 22nd June.

 

On the grounds or urgency, and in accordance with Article 27.3 of Directive 2014/24/EU, the Contracting Authority is availing of shortened timescales in respect of this competition.  The urgency associated with this requirement arises from the fact that the required equipment will be used in an acute hospital setting.  On grounds of patient care, time is of the essence in respect of this competition.
