The Contracting Authority has decided to use R toolkit (an integrated suite of software tools) for data manipulation, statistical analysis, reproducible analysis and graphical display to enhance its Business Intelligence and data mining capabilities.
AGS are already using an Open Source CRM as part of their End User Engagement, Data management and analytics portfolio and would like to expand and grow capacity,
AGS have procured Alfresco Enterprise as part of a requirement for Document Management for some specific business areas. It is now the intention to acquire some specific skills and expand the scope of the Enterprise Application to include Workflow and Scanning using established and supported plugins.
In the pursuit of a mobile strategy and to further the business penetration into the mobile spheres we are interested in using a Rapid Application Development Platform. The platform will allow forms to be created, linked to services and circulated as Mobile Apps.
