P3408 - HBS Upgrade / Baggage Integrators
Dear Sir/Madam,
We refer to your recent short-listing for the HBS Upgrade/Baggage Integrator work for Lot 1 (Terminal 1) with daa plc and the confidentiality agreement as previously executed.
Please now find included the Invitation to Participate in Dialogue (ITPD) document in this regard.
There are a number of supporting Employers Requirements documents to be considered and these are contained at the following link:

Can you please provide the email address of your authorised representative who will then be granted read-only access to these documents?
They will shortly thereafter, receive a notification by email of access to site which will confirm access has been granted.
Any changes to any documentation during the process will be captured via a file register. This will result in an amendment to the file register and a notification will be sent through etenders advising same.
Please note, that as per section 9.3 of the ITPD, the first competitive dialogue workshop is scheduled for the week beginning 09/10/17. You will be contacted in this regard shortly.
