Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of planning, environmental and related specialist consultancy services. The framework agreement is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by 1 year to a maximum of 4 years. Dublin City Council and South Dublin County Council are parties to the Framework Agreement and are eligible to use the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement is divided into Lots and separate submissions are required for each Lot or Sub-Lot. Lot 1: services relating to Local Area Plans Lot 2 (a): services relating to Masterplans, urban framework plans Lot 2 (b): services relating to site specific studies, concept designs, feasibility studies Lot 3: services relating to EIA/SEA/AA
