EMS028C - Request for Tender for The Provision of Vending Machine Services (excluding Cold Drinks Vending) for University of Dublin, Trinity College Dublin
University of Dublin, Trinity College Dublin, (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
In summary, the Services comprise:
Full Vending Machine Services (excluding cold drinks vending) for University of Dublin, Trinity College Dublin, on its precincts.
The Vending Services required will comprise:
a) snack vending: range of confectionary and savoury snacks and
b) hot drinks vending: range of teas, coffee and hot chocolate
The above to include supply, cleaning and maintenance of machines, service management, product supply, replenishment of machines and collection of cash takings. Seventeen vending machines in total will be required, distributed in buildings across the College precincts.
