MMP044F - Multi Supplier Framework Agreements (2 Lots) for the Provision of Public Relations/Communications (“PR”) for all Public Sector Bodies
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is issuing this request for tenders as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients and invites tenders from economic operators for the award of single supplier framework contracts (the “Framework Contracts” – one per Lot) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
In summary, the services comprise: Public Relations Specialists to provide public relations services either as a sole service element or bringing together different elements into one sustained campaigning approach. These services may be required on a national, local, regional or specialist basis, as more fully described in Appendix 1 (Requirements and Specifications) of this RFT.
