TTT033C - Request for Tender for Patient Transport Services to the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Counties Longford, Westmeath, Laois and Offaly
The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
In summary, the Services comprise of patient transport services to the Health Service Executive (HSE) in the Counties of Longford, Westmeath, Laois and Offaly. The range of services required are divided into 4 Lots with various Routes per Lot, as described below. Each ‘Route’ is considered a sub-lot, the details of which are provided in the attachment titled, ‘Route Data’ (available to download at www.etenders.gov.ie).
• Lot 1: Dialysis Transport
• Lot 2: Acute / Day Care / Mental Health Services / Older Persons / CADS
• Lot 3: Product Runs
• Lot 4: Local Run / Daily Bus Run to Dublin / Ad-hoc / Un-scheduled Transport
