1. Lead the educational and professional development support services at the Sport Ireland Institute 2. Deliver expert educational support services to nominated support staff working in high performance sports and the Sport Ireland Institute 3. Provide expert professional development support to coaches, support staff and performance directors 4. Lead integrated service teams in specified sports as agreed from time to time 5. Manage the work of other consultants that may be contracted by the Institute to deliver educational support 6. Collaborate with other consultants to deliver expert multi-disciplinary support services 7. Deliver other support services as agreed that fall within the competency of the consultant
