HSE 6192 - Framework Agreement for the provision of an Orthodontic Clinical Management System

The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers of orthodontic clinical information systems providers for appointment to a single-supplier Framework for the supply, modification (if necessary), installation, integration, implementation and on-going support of an Orthodontic Clinical  Management System (OCMS) which will allow specific users to control and maintain an electronic medical record for Orthodontic  patients. This document contains the specific requirements, functionality, and outputs required for the system. The HSE intends to appoint a Framework Agreement with an initial award of contract to HSE CHO 4, Cork/Kerry.

Please note that this competition will be managed electronically, i.e. the Invitation to Tender documentation is available to download from the etenders website, (http://www.etender.gov.ie/), and tenders must be submitted by uploading the tender electronically via the website e Post-Box.

You are advised to allow plenty of time to complete and upload your tender submission by the closing date for receipt of tenders, 12:00 Noon Tuesday 18th April 2017.

The final date for receipt of queries in respect of this tender competition is 12:00 Noon Friday 7th April 2017. Responses to questions and requests for clarification will be provided in a separate document available as part of the Invitation to Tender documentation which will be updated as and when responses are provided.
