1. Lead the psychology support services at Sport Ireland Institute 2. Deliver expert psychology support services to nominated athletes and sports 3. Provide expert guidance to coaches in performance psychology education 4. Act as lead psychologist for specified sports 5. Lead integrated service teams in specified sports as agreed from time to time 6. Manage the work of other psychologists that may be contracted by Sport Ireland Institute to deliver services in a nominated sport 7. Collaborate with other consultants to deliver expert multi-disciplinary support services 8. Deliver other support services as agreed that fall within the competency of the consultant
