ITT17-008 - Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Maintenance

The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the supply of Mechanical & Electrical Facilities Maintenance for Marine Institute, Rinville, Oranmore, Co. Galway for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further two years. The Institute comprises buildings of 11,000 sq.m. on a 14 acre site. It is a two storey with mechanical plant rooms at level three. The complex can be divided into three main sections: • Crescent Building accommodating administration offices, full staff restaurant & kitchen and library. • Block Building accommodating 54 state of the art laboratories, technical support offices and energy centre. • Out Buildings comprising and Auditorium, Creche and stores. The building services to be managed under this contract will be limited to the mechanical and electrical systems and associated plant and equipment.
