During the tender period all communication with regard to this competition should be via etenders.
The invitation to tender letter sets out the documents to be submitted at Stage 1, in what format, and to whom they are to be submitted.
Please note the Contracting Authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response. The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.
Contractors are requested to monitor e-mails from the etenders website as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather than the authorities corporate e-mail address.
