The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of specialist ICT Services for Terminology Management and to assis in Data Modelling.

Please note that this competition will be managed electronically, i.e. the Open Procedure Invitation to Tender documentation is available to download from the etenders website, http:www.etenders.gov.ie,  and tenders must be submitted by uploading the tender electronically to the etenders Post Box facility via the website.

You are advised to allow plenty of time to complete and upload your tender submission by the closing date for receipt of tenders, 12:00 Noon Monday 3rd April 2017

Please note that any queries you may have in respect of this Framework Agreement must be submitted in writing via the Message facility on the Notice on the etenders website; no personal email correspondence will be entered into in respect of this Framework Agreement. The final date for receipt of queries in respect of this tender competition is Queries deadline 12:00 noon Friday 24th March 2017.  The final date for receipt of queries in respect of Contract & Schedules is 12 noon Thursday 16th March 2017.  Please be advised the HSE will not enter into negotiations after this time.
