Detailed description:

Waterford City and County Council invite tenders for the establishment of a single party framework for the lease-purchase of solar powered pay and display machines with an initial call off of 14 machines, to the lease -purchased over a 5 year period. Ownership of the machines to revert to Waterford City and County Council at the end of the 5 year period. Periodic servicing of the machines included.
