Multidisciplinary Services (Technical) Housing Development Associated Road Infrastructure and Services - Greenpark. For the delivery of Phase 1 infrastructure that will service lands and enable the delivery of 700 units. The proposed Phase 1 infrastructure shall include - Phase 1 Road - Paths and pavings - Street Lighting - Site services – Drainage - Site services – Foul sewerage with connection to Limerick Main Drainage Scheme - Site services- Watermain - Site services - Gas - Site services - (Ducting and the like) - Landscaping This contract has been awarded to Mott MacDonald in the amount of €240,828.25 excluding VAT
