UCDOPP749 - Bathroom Pods in three phases

UCD wishes to establish a multi party framework agreement with competent organisations for the design, manufacture, supply and delivery of pre-fabricated, pre-cast concrete frame Bathroom Pods for Student Accommodation. The works for the overall Framework will comprise approximately 3,000 Bathroom Pods. Phase 1 is to include for aproximately 920No. bathroom pods, with approximately 1,250No. in Phase 2 and 830No. in Phase 3.
