PAS085c - Request for tender for training to support the Civil Service Graduate Development Programme (For newly appointed Administrative Officers and Third Secretaries)
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
In summary, the Services comprise: designing and delivering a comprehensive one year training programme for newly appointed Administrative Officers and Third Secretaries in the Civil Service. Staff at these grade levels play a crucial role in policy and strategy formulation across the spectrum of economic, financial, international, environmental and social issues. The training programme should be designed to support the new recruits in meeting their potential and delivering at an early stage of their careers. The programme structure should support the participants' in developing the core competencies required for staff at these grade levels (which are outlined in Appendix 1.2).
