Detailed description:

• The provision of 250 days per annum Business Support services for the hours 0800 to 1800 Monday to Friday. This can be provided with an equal mix of remote and on-site support. • Out of hours, standby / on call support services are required for all other times • Rates to be quoted for additional work that may arise throughout the period of this tender.
