Please find documentation for Expression of Interest for the construction of 30 Social Housing Units. As part of the selection process you will be requested to submit your current company Safety Statement and complete the attaced document referenced "SF06 Rev04 Appointment of PSCS Form" which assess' the competencies of the Contractor and is marked as a Pass Fail criteria. If you do not submit this form and the Safety Statement at the time of assessment, your submission will not be considered any further
