Property Services for the Kilkenny Abbey Quarter Development Ltd Kilkenny Abbey Quarter Development Ltd are seeking a property services company to create, develop, execute and manage all property services for the site, including advice, for the marketing and sales activities required from project initialisation through to tenant occupation. The Kilkenny Abbey Quarter Development Ltd, is a partnership between Kilkenny County Council (KCC) and the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA). The Partnership has been formed to develop the former Smithwick’s Brewery site in the centre of Kilkenny City. The development is subject to a detailed Urban Design Framework Masterplan that defines the vision of the development of this key piece of city centre structure.
