The Charities Regulator was established as an independent Authority on a statutory basis in October 2014 in accordance with the Charities Act, 2009. The objective of this RFT is to award a contract to a single vendor for the delivery of the required registry, reporting and compliance system solution during an initial contract period of 36 months; for the scope as described in Appendix I of the RFT. The Regulator would have the right to extend the contract for an additional 36-month term to support the existing system as well as deliver incremental enhancements. This RFT contains significant background information to provide as full a context as possible. The Charities Regulator is seeking a fully managed end to end solution to meet its IT needs. The standard functionality of the chosen system should be the best possible fit for the regulator’s requirements and require the least number of customisations.
